Amazing Langford Rental

To say Jackie and Brian are amazing property managers would be doing them an incredible disservice. Both Jackie and Brian are incredibly kind and caring managers, and they make sure to stop and chat with residents to ask how things are getting on, and asking how they're settling in if they're new. The buildings are kept immaculately clean, the landscaping is very well maintained. My partner and I needed to access maintenance twice for minor things, and Brian and Shane were quick to arrange maintenance and have it completed quickly. Jackie and Lena are incredibly efficient at replying to email communications and any general enquiries. The resident managers also put on festive events so that residents can come together and get to know one another. At Hoylake, you have an incredible sense of community. I strongly believe that Jackie and Brian, Lena and Shane are the spark that make Hoylake such an inviting property! The location is great, as it is near shops, restaurants and Costco. It is close to Highway 1 and only 12 km from Victoria City Centre. There is the #47 bus route 200m from the building which will bring you all the way down to the Parliament Buildings, so public transit is immaculate. If I didn't have to relocate to Vancouver for school, I would have been VERY happy to continue renting at Hoylake. Again, I cannot thank Jackie, Brian and Lena and Shane enough for their amazing attention to detail and prioritising the resident's comments and concerns. Without hesitation, I would rent from them again! 10/10 I would recommend.
