The building, oudoor spaces & units are lovely, however the level of noise transfer in almost unbearable! I can hear every foot step, door close, toilet flush, etc from my upstairs neighbour, there is zero sound supression. My neighbour stomps so load when they walk it rattles the dishes in ny cupboard & when I brought it to the attention of building management, they basically ghosted me. $2500 a month for rent & I have to wear ear plugs to get any peace & quite :(

The suites, griund & buildings are really nice but the noise transfer is almost unbareable, beside hearing every door, flush, chair scrape, etc my upstairs neighbour stomps when they walk & it is so loud I don’t even want to be home ??. $2500 a month & I have to wear earplugs to get any peace ??.

Inconsiderate people in the building with obnoxious car exhuast (exceptionally loud) Can easily hear people walking in suite above Lots of dogs barking and noise
