A great place for home in a growing, established community.

I gave parking 5 stars - I used to have a stall underground and it suited my needs for a safe weatherproof spot for my car. The other 5 stars in the categories were all justifiably earned over my stay here. My neighbors are great, the staff are great, and the maintenance staff are great. I hope to stay here for years to come. I live on the side of the building with two lane traffic, and I have adjusted to the muffled noise. The location is close to six bus routes that go in every direction, with sky-train being five minutes away. I have also seen many upgrades and improvements over the years to the building and property. Thank you to my many nights rest and comfort!

Comfortable home with nice neighbors.

Going on seven years here, and I'm very happy to be staying for more. From the well maintained building, property, and common areas, I have always felt at home in my apartment. I have all the upgraded appliances, every room is easy to keep clean, the size is decent, and it is cool in summer, and warm in winter. The location is the best. There are over six buses going East and West, a Superstore, clothing stores, a community centre, and many other shops I visit. A park is two minutes away, and the neighborhood is safe. I feel I receive great value for my accomodation. Thank you!

A happy tenant!

I have lived here going on to the seventh year. I like it here. I have a clean and functional apartment that is easy to maintain. The location is great - I have access to six buses, that go in both directions. My place is warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. My neighbors are great. And positive interactions with the management are numerous, as they are friendly, professional and get to work quickly with maintenance when something needs fixing properly. I like the community feeling with my neighbors and their small dogs and other pets. My Landlord is in compliance with all laws and regulations, and this keeps us all safe and comfortable. We all have fun at the resident party's and BBQ's. I couldn't ask for a better place. I hope to be here at least ten more years. Thank you!

A nice place!

I have lived here for six years. I like my neighbors, my semi-renovated suite, location, staff, and yearly summer BBQ's and holiday parties. We are close to 8 major bus route stops, and there is a brand new community center close by. The managers and maintenance crew are the best - they make sure everyone is secure and worry free in their homes. I hope to be here for another six years at least!
