I have felt at home here at, Braemar Gardens for over eight years. It is comfortable and nice. My neighbors are the best. The staff and maintenance workers are efficient and pleasant, and they keep the property in the best working condition. The location is optimal with many busses going to several Skytrain stations. I hope to be here for many more years to come. I keep exploring the neighborhood and keep discovering more that has to offer. Thank you!

Staff work hard to keep everytuing working and clean. Suites are a good size and are comfortable. Neighbours are respectful and quiet, for apartment living.

I gave parking 5 stars - I used to have a stall underground and it suited my needs for a safe weatherproof spot for my car. The other 5 stars in the categories were all justifiably earned over my stay here. My neighbors are great, the staff are great, and the maintenance staff are great. I hope to stay here for years to come. I live on the side of the building with two lane traffic, and I have adjusted to the muffled noise. The location is close to six bus routes that go in every direction, with sky-train being five minutes away. I have also seen many upgrades and improvements over the years to the building and property. Thank you to my many nights rest and comfort!

Going on seven years here, and I'm very happy to be staying for more. From the well maintained building, property, and common areas, I have always felt at home in my apartment. I have all the upgraded appliances, every room is easy to keep clean, the size is decent, and it is cool in summer, and warm in winter. The location is the best. There are over six buses going East and West, a Superstore, clothing stores, a community centre, and many other shops I visit. A park is two minutes away, and the neighborhood is safe. I feel I receive great value for my accomodation. Thank you!
