Good area
The staff here at the View are very welcoming and really listened when we had any issues or questions. Nikki the manager is so sweet and really understanding when it comes to making sure you're happy in your unit. The unit itself is nice and spacious as well as the patio and as far as location it's great! Close to a lot of shopping and near Catalina hwy area and Udall park is right up the road too! It's honestly a nice little corner of town. We like it and are happy here while we save up to work towards our goal of buying a home in the area!
Amazing
I don't think office and maintenance get enough credit for how amazing they are. The mountain view it self, is awesome. I could not be more happier then I am. I love living here .
HVAC
Thank you to Nicky and Don for getting me a new HVAC.I The Maintenance staff were great, too about getting me a portable ACin the interim It was quick and efficient. Nice and cool now! Thank You
Good Place To Live
While this may be an older property, you’ll be hard pressed to find another 2 bedroom apartment in the area with similar space & open floor plan for the same $$. The office and maintenance staff have always been very professional and more than helpful. The building I live in has always been quiet.
