I’ve lived here for almost 5 years in a 4 bedroom. The location, and space of our apartment has been wonderful however, for the price it’s disappointing to always deal with pests. For the first few years we had no issues. Now we have to have pest control spray as often as they can get rid of cockroaches! I’m a clean person and keep our house clean but they won’t go away. I won’t be renewing my lease for this reason. Maintenance team is excellent too.
