I'm here for the winter and appreciate the availability of shorter term leases. The complex is well-maintained, attractive and the staff is outstanding. I've enjoyed my stay.

Recently signed my 5th leaae and ca t say enough good things about this community -- especially every single member of leasing and maintenence staff here, and I usually AM one to complain. The office staff under Tiffany's direction couldn't be friendlier or more helpful- always. As to the property itself, pool and spa always sparking clean, the grounds so we'll maintained. As to maintenance, Justin and Eric, same thing -- so knowledgeable fast and friendly have only had the best experience with them and everyone else. I see how busy all the staff is, they all work so hard. And, after 5 ir 6 years here , its always been as above . This is a newer property but not brand new. Last year i visited several brand new apartment properties-- and in addition to the unlikelhood of finding a better staff anywhere else, there are other things I found lacking -- for example the Floorplan and #1 the closet space at Presidio trails Is better than anywhere else.
