At 86, I am blessed to have a safe, well-maintained resident, and attentive staff to live in.

I'VE LIVED HERE SINCE 2011. IT'S THE BEST RENTAL I'VE HAD IN MY 85 YEARS. IT HAS A POOL/GYM. OFFICE STAFF IS OUTSTANDING. THEY ARE AWARE OF MY CARDIO CHALLENGES AND HAVE BEEN VERY SUPPORTIVE, ESPECIALLY, THE CURRENT ONES. MAINTENANCE IS EXCELLENT AND ON 24 HOUR ONCALL. IT'S GATED WITH IN-PERSON PM SECURITY. THE MARKET VALUE IS EXCELLENT. IT IS CENTRAL TO MY MEDICAL AND ERRAND NEEDS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

12 YEAR RESIDENT. Excellent management. Good maintenance and grounds upkeep. Pool and workout room big plus. Location for me is excellent for medical appointments, public library and shopping.

I've been a resident since July-August, 2011. Office staff, maintenance, and grounds staff are excellent. It's centrally located for my medical providers and shopping. Extraordinary effort went into responding to a broken pipe in my apartment. Maintenance, the hired clean up crew, and the office staff could not have done a better job. During a recent medical challenge (83+) office staff provided extraordinary support. Rental rates are competitive in the Tucson Market. I highly recommend this complex. Families and individuals use the pool area and workout room frequently.
