I enjoy living here. My unit is upgraded and it is nice and quite here.

I am only here because my son's school is close.

If you want to wash and dry your clothes, forget about living here. If you want anything fixed, forget about living here. If you want great plumbing, forget about living here. If want competent management, forget about living here. I had a sewage leak into my whole apartment, no one came until the next day. I had to live in a hotel for a whole week and they had the audacity to ask for a full months rent. If you want fresh paint, forget about it. These apartments are ran down. The windows looked like they haven't been updated since the 1900s. Installation is poor so you will be paying extra for cooling and heating. I can't wait until my son finishes school so I move out of this dump.
