Poorly managed, unorganized, and not tenant-friendly when circumstances change. I had to move out two months early and followed their lease break process, which required paying off the remaining rent. I paid $3,700 in April, and was told I had until July to pay in full. At that point, my remaining balance was $360. I later received a letter in the mail that I got my $600 refundable security deposit credited back to my account, which more than covered remaining balances. Rather than applying the deposit, the apartment sent me to collections on May 6, more than two months before the actual due date. Now I’m stuck disputing a collections notice for a balance that was never owed. In reality, they still owe me part of my deposit. This wasn’t a case of missed payments or neglect, just a disorganized system and poor communication. I kept documentation, followed their instructions, and still ended up penalized. Living there was fine, but the way move-in, transfers, move-out and billing are handled is careless at best. If you rent here, keep every receipt and don’t expect flexibility if your situation changes.
