Mighty fine place to live good service good people
Low budget apartments at high prices.
This apartment complex is located in a beautiful spot, if you don't mind walking a mile to the nearest store. The management is cruel, and will do their best to make life difficult for you.
A Seniors Viewpoint and concern
I like it that it is quiet. My neighbors are pleasant and quiet too. I will be here 4 years this April. What I don't like is the washing problem. It takes too long for the broken machines to get fixed. Since I am senior citizen, I only use coin operated machines. I don't own a Smart Phone so I cannot pay via the phone like the young kids do. It becomes a great frustration that there are only 2 coin operated machines and one of them is always broken. I didn't have to pay for the water service before and now I have to pay. This makes my rent increased by 18%. People with dogs are getting lazy and not keeping up with curbing their dogs. It wasn't that way before but it seems to be that way now.
