Ask around before settling here.

First things first. Been livng at apartments since I was legally able to rent one. This is the forst tome this has ever happened to me. It was wonderful at first, but make sure when you get your 1 month free to confirm in the office that you’re getting your 1 month free. Regardless if you have your lease paper work, an email stating so, and as well as being vocally informed of the month you’re getting free and it states the month free it won’t matter since paperwork got confused and now they’re unable to honor the 1 Month Free Special due to it not “technically” being legally binding, or that’s what they informed me at the front desk. They also stated they’re unable to remove the late fees to help with the situation even after they admitted their mistake. Brand new apartments, a lot new move ins, easy to get things confused. Before moving in, to be on the safe side, just double check all information and to honor what they’re falsely advertising. Beautiful place, beautiful apartments, the only thing that needs work is the front office staff. Learn to show empathy regarding your job position to your tenants instead of talking in a demeaning manner and assume it’s our fault when they clearly said it was on them. Listen and then find a solution to help your business get better as apartments in the future.
