Home sweet home

Im here giing on 5 years. The resident manager mary is great and goes above and beyond for everyone. None of us are happy not being able to use the ckubhouse on weekends as most if us work so we cant take advantage of it. A lot of money went into new furniture and we cant enjoy it

Nice apartments

Very nice appearance on the outside many units need remodeling, small kitchens, Rec room needs just that Rec, pool table or ping pong table, mostly wasted space

Great management/place

Best apartment i have ever lived in. The manager, Mary, is beyond awesome. Ive never had a manager that is so involved and available. She always lets you know whats going on in the complex and will get things done ASAP. She always keeps you in the loop of whats happening or any type of changes, and she's very nice as well. The maintenance staff is great also. Very quiet and clean complex and very nice neighbors!

Nice place to live

I've been here going on 5 years now. The apt manager is great and goes the extra mile for the residents. The maintenance staff is excellent and things get done asap. But recently, they have made the club house unaccessible during the weekends when most of us would want to use it! the majority of residents here work and don't use it during the weekdays so if we have a party or family come, we don't have a space to entertain them or have activities. This has been a real upset among the residents. The rent this past year went up a lot (some over 10%) which is going to affect many living here.

I have experienced nothing but great things living st altamira, the apartment manager is the best in the business along with the staff and maintenance that are the absolute best in the business as well
