What ammenities?

This property is lagging behind in reopening the pools. While the stated order was for May 13, 2020 we've had only one communication on May 22, 2020 to say they are working on reopening. Memorial Day weekend came and went without that amenity and no further communication has been shared. Other apartment complexes had their pools open at least by the 22nd and correspondence to all occupants regarding new rules as soon as three days after the governor's announcement of reopening. Plus, our office still has a sign on the door that they are closed. Now our June rent is due without two amenities we are paying for unavailable. What is the hold up? Our rent amount should be deducted the value dollar amount for the amenities not being made available. Also, trash valet has been inconsistent. I'm fine taking out my own trash but don't charge me for a service that isn't always dependable. Take that $25 off the added charges if its yet another service you cannot fulfill.

Great place to live

It's a well kept, quite neighborhood. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and they recently added a package locker for the mail cubby.
