DON'T OWN A CAR so, I walk to work and at Apache Blvd and Dorsey I have access to the Light Rail and the free Trolley. I have a bus stop 50 yards from me and access to Bird electric scooters to get me around. Who needs a cash hungry car?

I have moved into Butterfield in October and so far I had a peaceful time here which I was looking for

Its a great place to live considering the location and price point. The only down side is staff can be hard to reach, with the short office hours and small staff.
