Was denied the ability to list the issues my apartment has in regard to maintenance and was told to do it on the app forcefully even if they had the ability to take in my list of issues. Truly do not appreciate that since I at the time had no way of sending my maintenance requests and they are important. I said I was not able to do it online and they didn’t want to take in my order. I would appreciate if I could simply tell them the problems instead of being told “if you don’t do it on the app you won’t get any maintenance” that’s denying a service and that I don’t appreciate in the slightest.
