Pros: The price is really affordable even after the concessions. It’s very conveniently located. I loved how close it was to the freeway and shopping plazas. The inside is very modern and spacious. I loved that we were able to hang things and make it feel more at home. The gym and club house has a pretty good set up. Cons: The complex has a really bad cricket and spider problem. The parking is really bad here. Unless you buy a covered parking for $49/month, you struggle to find parking near your building daily. We lived on the ground floor. The noise isn’t too bad. But you can definitely hear cars starting/ leaving, and people walking up the stairs to the higher floors. Management/ front office staff can work on communication. The amenities are very nice when they are available. Unfortunately the pool was constantly closed during the warmer seasons.

I’m pleased with Allora so far. No real issues. Comfortable unit with a spacious kitchen, and great appliances. I’m still settling in and getting use to the community, and area. If there’s one thing that I’d have improved upon, it’s storage. There isn’t any really. Otherwise there is a lot to be pleased about: community center, parking, dog park (if you own a pet), and location.
