Peace and Comfort

I’m pleased with Allora so far. No real issues. Comfortable unit with a spacious kitchen, and great appliances. I’m still settling in and getting use to the community, and area. If there’s one thing that I’d have improved upon, it’s storage. There isn’t any really. Otherwise there is a lot to be pleased about: community center, parking, dog park (if you own a pet), and location.

Great new community

I've lived in Allora for 3 months. I love the amenities and the events the leasing office hosts. Service requests are completed quickly and effectively. The staff in the leasing office have worked with me on any questions or concerns I've had. The pool is great, maybe a tad heavy on the pool chemicals. My family and I would really prefer a salt purification system. That said, we do use the pool and heated spa and they are clean. The community feels safe. I have enjoyed many days outside throwing a frisbee, swimming at the pool, and grilling. The complex is located well, near many businesses and local features like parks and Surprise's public library. It's close enough to the 303 to be convenient and far enough away to spare most of its noise. The apartment itself serves our purposes well. The interior sets the stage for a variety of color schemes and the layout is comfortable. I haven't enjoyed being directly across the court from neighbors as the distance is small enough to warrant making sure blinds are closed for privacy. The floors and walls scuff easily, however they are mostly cleanable and haven't been an issue for us yet. Appliances and wifi provided is nice. Whole community is maintained in a way that displays care and attention to detail. Overall, would recommend.

Great location, Great propety!

I just moved in not too long ago and everything about the process went perfectly. The apartment was in great condition and the staff has reached out multiple times to address any concerns that I might have had. Location is close to everything and yet far from busy streets and noise.
