Highland Woods Apartments

The manager of the last few years, Himilce, is a wonder and lovely to interact with. She's efficient, proficient, kind, joyful, energetic and goes the extra-mile. The supervisor, Jay, who recently oversaw reactivating the evaporative-coolers was extremely responsive when I e-mailed an issue with performance and he both showed up and resolved the issue WAY before I anticipated. He and Himilce then evaluated the units for repairs very rapidly. In terms of noise and safety, the residents are amazing and I've never seen any interlopers since there's no reason to cut through the property. The larger units which accommodate families are safely tucked away from the noise of 7th street back near quiet retirement neighborhoods and trees. This does put the studios nearer the only noise source, but maybe I'm just big on community because I prefer the families have that location. We'll see how fairly lease renewal goes, but I'm optimistic with everything I've seen so far.

The staff at this apartment complex Highland Woods from the manager who has a tremendously responsible job and does a wonderful job. She improves our apartment complex classier I would highly recommend that you promote her. We hate to lose her, but you have a real winner on your hands with this is Rivera
