I should have known when it took around a week going back and forth with the property manager trying to figure out where to pay my deposit and rent it was going to be a frustrating stay. I have already lost power to half my apartment twice and I just received a call from this incompetent manager that i owed 80 dollars after being here for 2 months because she messed up an electric bill on her end. I leased an apartment here because my rent and bills for electricity, cable and internet were all supposed to be under one price so it was hassle free. I dont have the time to deal with her. Then she has the gall to ask if i am renewing my lease. I told her im in negotiations with the hospital if I am extending this contract another 13 weeks and she would be the first to know if i extend or not. She then told me i have to let her know outside of 30 days to extend my lease. I cant extend my lease if I do not have a contract. If i extend at the hospital, I will be looking for housing elsewhere.

Lived here a couple months. So far management seems very good and responsive. Place is modern, clean, quiet. About average rent.
