Verified Resident

I am comfortable living here.

I have lived here 2 years. The complex is centrally located, close to shopping and access to the 101. I like the fact that it is not a very large complex, it is quiet, and well maintained. The grounds are lush with trees and various plants surrounding the buildings. There is a new management company so I just hope they are as friendly and caring as the previous company employees who were always walking the grounds and addressed the tenants by first name.
