We do not allow exotic animals or reptiles such as ferrets, snakes, rodents, or lizards, or poisonous animals such as Tarantulas, insects. We do not allow barnyard animals or reptiles. Aquariums up to 20 gallons are allowed without a pet deposit. Aquariums over 20 gallons must provide a pet deposit and have proof of renter’s insurance. Specific animal, breed, size, number and weight restrictions and pet fee, pet rent and pet deposit requirements will not apply to qualified assistance and service animals. Exotic (ferrets, snakes, rodents, lizards) or poisonous animals (tarantulas, insects, and certain types of fish) are not permitted.

Lots of apt issues … Issues with 3rd party verification Issues with renters ins portal Not flawless to say the least.

Between the elevator, parking garage, and glass doors everything is always breaking and theres no urgency to fix anything. The elevator has been broken more times then I can count and the staff does not care the frustration this causes. They rudely told my mother who was visting who has had a hip replacement she can just walk 6 flights of stairs. Every morning (including weekends) I am awoken to my neighbors vibrating alarm going off for 30+ min. I have made 4 noise complainrs nothing ever changes

The Quincy is a beautiful complex; however, for the price you are paying, I don't think it's worth it. The elevators are always broken for days at a time. There are only a few select guest parking spots available. The amenities are nice. However, the pool is located in the center of the complex, blocked by the building. There is minimal if any sun exposure by the pool, and the pool is not open 24 hours. Other than that, the units are beautiful, and the staff is great and super helpful.
