Orange Tree Villa Apartments

In the laundry room, the washers and dryers go out all the time (for days at a time) and/or our card is double charged for one use. Pool area could look nicer. The grill spots need to be upgraded. But other than that, great.

I've been here since October 2nd of 2024, and I love it. Everyone is so friendly so helpful I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have tried for months to get my shower fix and it has not been resolved. Austin has been a complete failure. From the beginning he lied about move in cost and I had to make a additional payment.

This property is poorly maintained. They cannot seem to keep the laundry facilities up and running. Currently, only one washing machine works properly and the others either charge you double or they don't wash the full cycle. The property goes months at a time between fixing the laundry facility. There are only four dryers working and it has been that way since the beginning of 2024. The property is falling apart and there is no staff around to help. Trying to pay rent on time is a nightmare since there is no drop box.

Been here for 2 years now and the location is so perfect. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The price is decent but knowing how expensive other rental properties are, can't complain. Family friendly, you see neighbors walking their dogs and the lawn usually is clean. The pool is well taken care of and maintenance requests don't take long to resolve. The only issue I've had is when the washer/dryers in the laundry room stop working and we can't use them, because it takes several days for that to get fixed.

This residential area is a nice quiet neighborhood. Residents are friendly. It's great having your own parking spot but based on where your apt is located, your quest may have to do some extensive walking if they have to park near the back. You may have to assess your ability to use the laundry facility as often times all washers are not functional.
