Parking is a serious issue and frustrating. Being backed up to the street noise is expected, and you can't do much about cars on the street. Residents seem friendly and respectful so the important aspects are there

Pricey but worth

Compared to the other apartments I was able to find for just a $100 cheaper, this apartment blows them out of the water. The area is nice but some houses nearby can get a bit rowdy (but the occasional party doesn't really matter), close to Desert Ridge and Scottsdale which is cool. In-unit laundry is a plus. The size of my apartment with a sunroom is massive, bigger than some houses I found while searching. Maintenance does their job well, the grassy area for dogs is maintained nicely. The staff is nice and helpful. We haven't used the pool yet or the clubhouse so nothing to say about that. Overall I'd say the apartment is worth it if you can spare the extra money.

Good and bad

Its good sometimes, its bad sometimes. Communication is poor and they didn’t do anything for covid relief. Nothing. Paper thin walls too. Im ready to get out.
