Leasing office staff including the manager doesn't seem to care much about residents' concerns or issues when brought up to them.

I have been here 9 years and have always loved living here. The bank is within walking distance, so is Albertsons’s, Walgreens and 99 cent store. I am 77 years old and don’t drive. In January 2015 I moved here from New Jersey. I picked this complex because it was convenient for me. My sister and brother-in-law live 4 miles from this location. He looked at all the properties I was interested in, whenhe saw this property he said it was perfect for me. Icalled and rented the apartment.
