I've lived here for a year & a half. The staff are great. I have a nice place. There's a pool & community laundry. My neighbors are kind & help each other.

This apartment complex is a hidden gem, seeing how rent's are sky rocketing across the valley. This complex is a decent amount for what you get. The area has gone down hill with the methadone clinic opening up by qt but the riffraff really don't make it down this way. The staff is awesome and very understanding. At times some of the tenants can be loud especially in early morning hour's. Overall it's a somewhat decent place to live.
