The staff here is amazing, really helpful in navigating the documentation process. Personally I have not had any issues with neighbors. Family friendly area but kids will be kids and ding dong ditch your door.

Building my building was without lights for about 3 months, then the complex has my car towed without warning because my tire was over a fire line a little and the only reason i was parking there was because my spot is taped off because of a water leak
