Its overpriced, as with all rentals. There is some parking in the back, but in the summer months its a hot walk with groceries so its easier to park in the front on the street - if there is space.

The neighborhood has alot of homeless people loitering in the back parking and alleyway. Neighbors in complex keep to themselves. If you need anything fixed the wait time isn't too bad compared to other complexes. The parking is not assigned which means you could end up having to park down the street in this rough neighborhood. Also people that don't even live in the complex with parking in the back parking along with actual tenants that park more than one of their vehicles. Not too bad a place to live though.
