Pine trees and small dog feces

Thank you so much for removing the pine trees by building 11. I was so worried that a wind storm was going to bring them down. We are continuing to have issues with small dog feces in front of apartments 1069 and 1067 patios. There are at least 4 to 5 piles.

Rigo, Danny, and another gentleman (never got his name but had a long beard) were so quick to answer all of our move in maintenance requests, it was surprising honestly. Not only were they quick but they knocked out what they had to do, showed and explained to me what was wrong, fixed it with ease, all while having great and helpful attitudes to boot. New resident, but already cannot say enough good things about the maintenance crew around here. Easy five stars.

Lucky rent increased

Last year they increased rent 20%. I asked why and they said I was lucky they didn’t increase it more. Then they were in the news for getting sued for artificially inflating rent prices. So this year they increased my rent again. Consistently the worst, at least.
