Good location
Good location, with good parking. The finishes on the u its are a little dated, and a hot tub would be nice on the premesis. Besides that, I think the value overall is great.

Shared Utilities
If I knew that they did shared utilities here before I signed my lease, I would not have signed up for this apartment complex. They have shared electricity, water, and sewer. I haven't gotten my first bill yet and I am worried it's going to be high. Make sure you ask this question before you sign a lease. I have learned a hard lesson.
