This economy prevents better housing. This complex takes advantage of this economy and will squeeze every last penny from you. Az has no fair housing act or governing body.
Longtime resident
Longtime resident management has been well despite different ownership. Maintenance work is preformed with professionalism. Decent location as well
Needs work
Been dealing with alot from this apartment they over charge me on my rent there is always something going on and they have alot of excuses i shouldnt be paying 300 dollars more then whaty rent is on top of the fact they owe me and told me they wiuld be mailing me a check which it has been more then 3 weeks ive waited and arizona law states they have ti have it to my withing 14 days including weekends!!
