Could be much better

A lot of noise and weed smokers. You get punished snd threatened for leaving a recycle can out a day late, but people can vandalize, throw parties and leave their csns oht for 1 week and nothing happens.

The Reserve is in a good location, unfortunately its still apartment living. There are issues that could be addressed but they are mostly to do with the other residents not doing their part to keep the areas in good use.
