In regards to the email received today: Do we have potholes on our property? There is so much waste of our hard-earned dollars for stupid "improvements", yes I said stupid. 1} Most of the outside lighting throughout most of the property has been out for months, which includes the majority of the covered parking structures, making the property very dark! 2) The back walk thru gate has NEVER been locked (I've lived here since 2014). There's a lot of foot traffic from all sorts of non-residents including dumpster divers and with the property being so dark at night makes it feel less safe. 3) The covered parking on the NE side of the property just S of the mailboxes has been torn up and "waiting" in piles to be replaced since we had the "window and patio inspection" back in May. 4) there must be a broken water pipe N of building 10 again as there is always a large amount of water from that direction flowing towards the back fence. 5) management needs to do quality check ups on the landscapers or is it customary to make sure the front of the property looks the best and leave the back section haphazardly neglected? 6) will we ever get a "green" recycler? I love the location and love my apartment. It's a great place to live just some issues never seem to get taken care of.

They are charging me my insurance when I send them the proof that I have already paid it for the whole year and they were able to deduct everything that they have charged me by mistake these months and I am still waiting for them to deduct me and remove that charge and I still do not expect any answers and requests soon.

I like my apt, the space is what I needed, there are several things that I noticed once I was settled in, the walls hole marks that were not properly fixed, the bathroom door frame had large Cracker, and the hinges were not secure, I have fixed it my self, the hot and cold water were mixed up in the shower, the wall by the to lift is paper thin, the kitchen drawers do not fit correctly, when you open the drawers there is no support to hold them up, the paint job is bad, there is chip paint, some of the electric socket were not screwed on properly, the a.c. is very loud it will take some time to get use to. I've been living here for about 3 weeks, the front gate do not work, this week my mail box was broken into with several others, there needs to be better lighting outside, due to the front gate is always open, this needs to be a safe and clean environment, the staff has been amazing, very friendly and helpful, the maintenance has been to my place several time, they have been awesome. I really do like this place, it's quite, nice neighbors, it feels like home, just needs some update to the property,and repair to the laundry room it looks bad I do not feel comfort washing my clothes, the mail area needs to be secure, we need lighting on the exterior, gates needs to be fixed asap for the safety of the resident . Thank you
