I have enjoyed living here! It is clean, fully renovated and parking is close. My only complaint is some of my neighbors are loud past quiet hours but that isn't really the apartments fault. I would recommend it here!

Not really worth the price I've lived here for years and although the remodel is nice updated, you lose a whole closet and cabinet due to the updates, I totally understand comparing it to other complex in areas prices but looking at the space they have compared to the space you lost your not really getting much. Maintenance still had not repaired anything in my apartment in a year now. Damages due to them remodeling units above mine , and there's no amenities besides a pool and they barely keep that clean. Should really consider the value and price again.

I have only lived here for a few months, but I love it. It's such a small and quiet community. I love that we're not in the center of the busy city but we're not too far from life. The manager is great and price isn't bad.

Was a bit of a pain living through the renovation but now that it's complete the place looks great. Basically looks like a new building now. Moving from my old unit to a renovated unit next month. Looking forward to having a washer dryer inside the apartment. Beats lugging it down to the laundry room.

Sadly, I will be moving out due to the increased cost. I love this location and the apartment for the past 3-4 years but I just can't afford the higher prices as a senior on SS. The renovations are looking good, but not enough to compensate for the higher rent.
