good place to start

It started a little rough but once I settled in it's been good. The studio appt doesn't have a murphy bed but it is well worth the price. They have done well with improving the outside yard areas. The pools are clean.

A quaint place

It's been great living here. People are nice and quiet. Parking is close even if it is on the street. Not a lot of issues to fix, and the greenery is nice.

When your living check to check

On an extreme tight bugdet? First time renter ? Brave? simple easy to pay one amt every month. If ur not home alot, dont care about amenties or security this can be good for u. Good ac/heater for utilities included. Though not every unit building runs the same. Limited to 2windows or 1 in studios. Water been shut off Alot more often in last yr for repairs. something wasnt being replaced. It can be off at random, for 1-3days or weekend). Parking--pay for permit, not assigned to u, not covered, no overnite security, no gates, they tow residents w no permit and w no sticker warning .Strangers park at night n leave next morning wont be towed. Office cls sunday . staff not onsite sat. after 5 and No onsite security .strange sometimes dangerous activity goes happens on complex, fair warning. Ex neighbir was followed all they way through complex by male walking off street . Onsite laundry-- some washers always out of service, or u start a load and it breaks during cycle. Office holds laurdy card machine , can only refill card during office hours. Deposit -longer u stay greater chance u wont recve it
