Its home. I'm very happy. It's smaller than my last place but it is a lot nicer. My last place didn't even have an office or a pool or anything like that. It's a very big area and I love it.

We chose delano as a first time, affordable apartment while we saved up for a house and it’s great. Its ipdated, the staff are pretty quick regarding maintenance request and the new manager Jennifer is awesome. She’s only been in the office for a few weels but shes already doing things to better the apartment complex.
