Quiet with great maintenance
I haven’t had any big issues. Community is quiet. Maintenance is quick to respond.

CONS: Some residents have up to 4/5 cars they do not move. Almost impossible to have guests over because not enough parking. walk through gates don't close. Outside lights don't work. Pool smells like pure chlorine. Landscaping died, not replaced. PROS: Great location, quiet and no adjoining walls.
