Susie has been super nice and sweet. She goes out of her way to help people out. The building is always clean and quiet. Maintence is well kept and is commited to keep the building nice. We are enjoying our stay. Thank you.

I have been living in Skyline Apartments at Cooley Station in Gilbert, Az for a few months and the overall experience so far has been remarkably great! I found this apartment through Apartments.com, and so, I scheduled an appointment to see this place in person. From the moment I went in to see it in person, I knew this was the place I wanted to live in. To start with, the location is very convenient. You can find several restaurants, grocery shops, and ASU's Polytechnic campus nearby. Also, I like that the place is highly secured, and as for the apartment itself, I like that it comes with various appliances. Regarding the staff, our property manager has been beyond kind and helpful with all of the renting / move in process making it feel even more welcoming. All in all, excellent place to live in!

Just moved here as a first time renter in March and I am so glad we chose here! Gilbert isn't in the general city but this complex is right inthe middle of a consistently growing community so there is almost everything nesrby from lots of restaurants, 3 big name stores Target Walmart & Frys all within a 5 minute radius. Not to include Santan Mall and its stores which is another 5 minutes down the road! There's also downtown gilbert super close by as well. The rent is great for what you get and the twin bedrooms with their own bathrooms literally takes the cake. Saving the best for last Susie is such an independent woman and she works very hard to give us residents the experience we need. Thank you for everything you do, this young woman needs a raise! My only con to living here would be not having a pool, the fridges do not have water dispensers, and deliveries such as Amazon & Doordash have difficulties getting to you. Otherwise I woukd give Skyline 5 stars :)

if you move here be prepared to deal with a bunch of young kids that are put up there by the und aerospace program. the owners and the school hasnt done anything to address this issue renting to adults and then having underage kids moving in .. they make messes , they are rude they have access to the common areas for some reason even though they dont pay rent .. and none of this is listed on the site for the complex or the lease agreement that you will have to live side by side with children and college kids
