Why Renters Love It Here
It’s mediocre
It needs to be a lot of improvements to get people to want to stay. The positives the maintenance team is really friendly. Facility is in a safe location. Downsides the spa has been broken and unusable almost the entire time I’ve lived here 11 months. Your front office staff is unapproachable and unfriendly. They act bothered anytime you ask them a question and half the time no one is down there. I miss the cold brew coffee machine it was a higlight of the reason i chose this apartment over others. The noise from the building next door, now almost done, but the entire time ive lived here 11 months being woken up at 5:30 everyday. Should have been disclosed at move in. There’s no community events like there were when i first moved in. The package room is a nightmare. There should have been lockers installed. The keys to the door were also a bad idea. They dont work all the time, need to replace them all with regular keys. Despite all this im probably going to stay because i hate moving. But i wont resign my lease till the rent is put back to what im paying now. I am not paying an increase when all these things are wrong. I can still choose to leave and not stay another year.

The cleanliness of the common areas has significantly improved, with regular and thorough maintenance ensuring that everything is pristine and well-kept. It's a pleasure to come home to such a beautifully maintained environment. Moreover, Jennifer's commitment to customer care has been nothing short of extraordinary. She consistently goes above and beyond to address any concerns and make residents feel valued. Her proactive approach and genuine care for the community have made a world of difference. In addition to the exceptional cleanliness and customer care, the overall maintenance of the apartments has also seen remarkable enhancements. Any issues are promptly addressed, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Living at Icon Cooley Station Apartments has truly been a wonderful experience, thanks to Jennifer's outstanding management. Her efforts have reinstated the luxurious feel of the community, making it a place I am proud to call home. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a premium living experience.
Poor management - amenities usually never stocked or working
LIving here started off great but as management changed work orders went left untouched, amenities went unstocked or uncleaned, and customer service took a dramatic turn for the worse as well

Place has really been turned around with our new manager jennifer. Shes doing a wonderful job
Horrible Response
They hand out eviction letters to scare people lile crazy, their amenities and cheap and hardly work rigjt. The staff never answers their emails and there is only 1 dog area that is hardly worth it.
