Great Place To Live

We just recently renewed our lease at the Trails at San Tan. Since day one the staff have been tremendous, the maintenance team is fast & efficient and the neighbors are nice. Definitely a wonderful place to rent.

I love living here is my title.

First of all, I love, love, love the office staff. they over extend themselves to me when I need them. there is nothing that I wouldn't do for them if they would ask me. Whenever I need maintenance, they come in a timely fashion. I love my apartment because the layout is designed whereas you know that this area is the dinning room area, this area is the living room area. I love my patio because it is a perfect size for my furniture, Lets not mention that everything is at my fingertips, meaning all of the shopping stores, don't burn up much gas to drive down the street to shop. nothing more to say, I have lived here over 4 years.

Very Happy

We are very happy with not only our apartment, but also the staff & neighbors. We had a package deposited in someone else's box by accident and the tenant actually brought it to our unit for us. The staff has been very responsive to any questions that we had, and Eric in Maintenance is Fabulous! The location is well maintained, the people are nice, and we are very close to numerous shopping/eating establishments. Can't beat that!
