Apartment is nice. Things are always dirty and / or broken
The apartments are nice and spacious. The gym is always filthy, and some equipment is always out of order. The pool, spa, elevators, and parking garage doors are constantly broken and "waiting on parts to fix." The trash areas smell bad, and the halls need to be cleaned more to keep up with the traffic volume. It is overpriced, especially if you expect the amenities to be in working order.

I like living here. The convenience of the location, close to downtown, shops, restaurants nearby. I do wish the apartments were better sound proofed and the doors to stairwells were better adjusted so as to not be slammed so often. The staff is very attentive, polite and follow up on any concerns. Maintenance is polite and also very prompt on dealing with concerns. All in all a good experience.
