Pretty good with the deal. 1/2 off rent for 3 months is not have bad. No window in downstairs bedrooms is wild though

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. First and foremost, DO NOT RENT #2104. - 2 months after moving in I had a massive leak in the ceiling of the master bathroom. They had to gut it, put an industrial fan in there non stop for 2 weeks and then make the repairs. 1 month in total that I had no use of that bathroom. - The heat went out in January because the filter that’s supposed to be changed every 30 days was so backed up it made the HVAC stop completely. - Starting in June through October when I moved out there were 19 separate events of my smoke detectors going off in the middle of the night - like 2a,3a,4a lasting anywhere between 2-5 hours per event. The event that made the decision for me to move out was when I called the property manager at midnight, while the alarm going off, my dog whining and barking in the back ground and when I asked her what I could do she said “you just have to ride it out”. That event lasted 5 hours. The property manager directly gaslighted me by accusing me of holding a lighter up to the sensor to make it go off. Several electricians came out and check all the same things, they changed batteries - still happened. Replaced with upgraded units - still happened. Right as I was moving out they changed all of them to the best you can buy, I forgot a couple items and when I went back 3 weeks later, one of the units that they had just replaced was beeping again. There is a far bigger problem with that unit, if you want your sanity intact, steer clear of this unit. - In July while the smoke detectors were out of control I lost A/C three times, all due to a ‘condensation line’. The same line that caused the flood in the ceiling of my bathroom. Paying $2500+ a month and have that be your home, your safe space, your place of rest and restoration is asinine. The builders cut corners in every way possible so when they talk about ‘high-quality finishes’, and ‘sleek interiors’ that is a blatant l
