Overall not a bad place to live

This place has decent ammenities, but one of the treadmills in the gym has been broken for almost a year now and its makes it difficult to get a workout in with the tread mill. Had a pretty big roach proble during the summer time which was extremely frustrating because you cannot self treat. The ventura doesnt let you split the payment of rent with you roomate which i dont understand and get tricky planning with your roomate when rent is due. Its especially difficulf when things have been tough financially the past month. Its a decent complex but some of there policies are unreasonable and overly strict. They do not want anything to be easier on the tenants and keep making stricter guidelines.
