I enjoy living here. It's convenient and quiet. However, there is way too much pot smell all around me, multiple times per day.

I've always liked this place. Never had any issues with this apartment complex except when they started cutting down trees in 2017. Close to all the shopping and close to my job makes it even better. Life here in the Arches has been pretty good.

There is no assigned parking so it's hard to find a parking spot. There's trash and dog poop scattered around and the price is ridiculous

Parking is not always available assigned parking would be more convenient. Maintenance should address issues in a more timely matter.
