We lived at Montage for about 15months. Reason we moved out was we bought a house. Very well run by Paula and Bill.Actually exceptional service. And they go the extra mile. Great maintenance staff too. Two minor critiques. Dont understand why all bedrooms dont have a ceiling fan and the wall bordering the street should be much higher. Otherwise a very decent place to call home.

Great Place
Great Place to live. Seen many apartments in Phoenix and have to say this is one of the best locations. Quality everything, fair price, quiet, outskirts of Phoenix.

Lower rent
I like living here. The staff are kind to me. Wish the rent would be lower and stop getting higher. I'm on fixed income.

Three years there
One good thing no pest. Quiet community. In my apartment the counter top was not attached and the refrigerator broke 5 times in a row. The shower had only one temp very hot and it was rusted. The carpet was very old. It is easy to move in and there lease rules are reasonable. They had many water issues. The apartment was old and had fallen apart. I was paying 900 a month my lease expired during COVID and they raised the rent to 1150 a month.
