Lakeside New Mgmt Team

Since the new management team has taken over, we have had nothing but the run around. No response to emails and when they do it's not in a timely matter. They have yet to host anything to introduce themselves to residents. We have been tenants for 9 years now for only our rent to continue to rise for absolutely nothing additional. We are being penalized for being loyal tenants, yet larger units are being advertised and rented out for cheaper than what base rate we are out now. It's absurd and when trying to transfer units with no timely communication we lost out on the opportunity with no choice with the timeline because now we run into more fees and or penalty fees for leaving the community if we choose to.

Quiet and Cozy

Probably the most approachable and punctual staff I've ever dealt with. Problems that are sent in are resolved in a quick, satisfactory manner. The general atmosphere is calm and quiet. Hands-down the best apartment complex I've lived to date.
