Like that maintenance is quickly done with great professional staff. Please recommend to Joseph need to make an announcement that the Friday Karaoke should be for people that like to sing. I find that too much cross talk and gossip, would have more attendance. Also, suggest sign up listing or music takes with words in library. Thank you.

Over the years, bought homes, condo's, rental etc. This is one of the best places to live at. Each apartment is like a Condo, great property. I rated every thing 5 star as it is above and beyond anything rating for excellence. The staff & maintenance go out of their way to insure the tenants are happy, Cypress Point Apartments is always making improvement to outise and inside areas. Thank you, Sandra Scott
