Review

Just moved in and we’re waiting for maintenance to fix a couple things still. One of the downsides is the cigarette smell coming through my daughters bathroom, making its way around the apartment ?? and my parking spot is we’re we have to walk through the hallway we’re it smells even more like cigarettes, I try to avoid walking through it with my 5 month old and 3year old so I’m parking on the side closer to my apartment we’re visitors usually park. Upside is Natalie is always amazing when we speak to her and my upstairs neighbor is great!

Overall happy with quietness, But response time and reliability of my dryer has been a serious issue. it stopped working 3 times, and had to be repaired 3x. Last time I told them to get new dryer (not a repair). I was told this would happen, but never received confirmation. The second time I had my dryer break, I had to wait 2 weeks for a RESPONSE and had to call the office 3x. + emails. I asked for a rebate for next months rent but they never addressed it. So i am paying for a service (in unit laundry) that no did not work for over a month (when you combine the 3 breakages). The fact the correspondence ignored this, did not even discuss, is extremely frustrating.

I've enjoyed living here. Would recommend to any one looking to rent an apartment in CG. Maintenance people are on point. Office staff are friendly and helpful.

When you need something fixed you have to wait so long and unable to live comfortably, but they want to make sure you pay your rent on time.
