I’ve had such a great experience at Bungalows on Florence! The community is quiet, clean, and feels like its own little neighborhood. The detached homes give so much privacy, and having my own backyard space is a huge bonus. The staff is honestly what makes this place stand out — they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Anytime I’ve had a question, the office team has been quick to help and always professional. The homes themselves are modern, well-kept, and super comfortable. I also love how close it is to everything in Casa Grande while still feeling peaceful. If you’re looking for a beautiful rental home community with amazing service, Bungalows on Florence is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Living at The Bungalows on Florence has been such a good experience. I love that it actually feels like having my own little home instead of an apartment — no one above or below me, which makes it super peaceful. The layout is modern and open, and having my own yard space makes it feel extra private. The community itself is really quiet and well-kept. I feel safe here, and it’s close to everything in Casa Grande, which is super convenient. The office staff is awesome too — Stacey is always friendly and quick to help with anything I need. Move-in was easy, and they’ve been great at making sure everything stays running smoothly. Honestly, if you’re looking for somewhere that feels like home but still has the perks of a rental, this is the perfect spot.
