Been pretty good up till this year.naibors beating music all day and night. I understand young adults but dang got 4 live in 2 bed room.and it gets crazy..young kids not supervised. Stand around my door very loud and trashing. But live 3 and 4 buildings over.

Maintenance. Fixing items.

Take a while for maintenance to get around. They came and fix my water make a hole in my room bedroom wall. I had to call two times for them to come and patch the hole and they still have not painted it and it’s been almost a year.

The Station Apartments

For the most part, I really like it here. The only time I hear noise from neighbors is when they are blaring music, but that’s usually outside and doesn’t last very long. The few times I’ve put in maintenance requests, they have been resolved quickly. I don’t like that we don’t have assigned parking here. It’s a free for all. One apartment has 6 vehicles and take up all of the spaces. My rent just went up $90, and there’s no explanation for it. Also, be aware that people do not pick up their dogs poop, so watch where you walk and don’t let your kids roll around in the grass.
