Great place to live in

Love it! Walmart is around the corner and there is a lot of parking lot spaces available! Minor problems: I live on the top floor and I have to be careful when walking because you can feel the movement; also wished that they renewed some areas in the apartment.

High water bills/toilet never stops running

We have had this toilet repaired so many times but the problem is never fixed. It is still running after flushing unless jiggle handle which should not need to be done if it was fixed properly. We cannot pay 70 and 80 water bills. I will send copies of the bills and our payment history if needed. I've been here 10 years & enjoy living here but something needs to be done. I would like believe I should have help with the water bill or credit on my rent. Some kind of support would be so appreciated. I shouldn't have to keep paying high water bills because maintenance can't fix a toilet. Not trying to be rude trusted, not to how I can make ends meet living like ty. Ty for your time. M Lankford
