Good with draw backs

The room is nice but there are somethings things that do drag it down. The room are very clean, but not everything at first work in our apartment.

Review

Good! Some things doesn’t work in the apartment. The start button on the microwave, Room 514D ethernet cable pushed back into wall, and lately the blinds broke in the same room.

awful place to live

amenities in the office are always closed and staff is very rude and will not return phone calls when things in the unit break. Maintenance does a poor job of fixing unit ammonites as well as not making sure things are fixed correctly before leaving. They do not call ahead when maintenance is coming up your apartment either, so be prepared for them to just drop in unannounced.

Vista is terrible

Vista lack morals and respect for the college students of Arkansas Tech University. I have been Overcharged 3 Times and never get a maintenance request completed.
