Why Renters Love It Here
Fair
Rents too high. Staff is fine. Fountain has been broken for a year and is a mosquitoe magnet. Bushes are too big and push us off the sidewalk. Parking lot rough.
House residence
Great for walking. Rural nice and peaceful. School traffic times slows errand maybe personal time when school is in session. Love the range of area with room to roam driveway.
Fair living. Nice staff.

Good starter apartment
The apartments themselves are nice, a little janky here and there. Neighborhood is okay, but definitely not where I want to stay long term. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves around here, a few neighbors like to be noisy during the night, but overall it's not bad here.
New Staff
Just rented and am moving in now. Old staff is excellent but new staff is questionable. Tiffany the new property manager I think will be fine once the woman child Amber from corporate goes back. She has absolutely no people skills. 1. She interrupts when your talking to someone else. 2. She spoke to me, a 58 year old man as if I were her child. 3. She is incapable of listening. Only dominates and controls the narrative. I never would have rented and neither will anyone else if she were or is the face of your properties. Fortunately I dealt with some other ladies when I decided to place my deposit. Other than that the atmosphere and other tenants are generally positive but that won’t last if you keep Amber here. It’s all about a friendly disposition and manners and I’m sure Tiffany will foster that type of environment.
